EASA Air Carrier Security for Crew and Ground Staff
Aviation security is a shared responsibility that extends to every individual with access to an aircraft, its cargo, or the secure areas of an airport. This course delivers the mandatory security awareness training required under EASA regulations (Regulation (EU) 2015/1998 and related implementing acts) for air carrier crew members and ground staff, equipping participants with the knowledge and vigilance needed to identify, prevent, and respond to threats against civil aviation.
Whether you work in OCC / Dispatch, the cabin, on the flight deck, at check-in, in cargo handling, or in ramp operations, your role places you at the front line of the security chain. This course is designed to translate regulatory requirements into practical, day-to-day awareness that protects passengers, colleagues, and aircraft.
Target Audience
Cabin crew, flight crew, ground handling agents, check-in and boarding staff, cargo and ramp personnel, and other airport-based staff requiring security awareness training under EASA and national programme requirements.

Duration & Format
Delivered as a blended or fully computer-based training (CBT) module, with a knowledge assessment on completion to satisfy recurrent and initial training documentation requirements.
Certification
On successful completion, participants receive a certificate of completion suitable for inclusion in training records and audit evidence, in line with the carrier's approved Security Programme and EASA requirements.
